It takes a lot of concentration, consistency and confidence to achieve your dream. You will need to establish good and strong relationships with all people around you or that you will meet during your onward path. The ability to listen is a key skill to develop. Being able to talk and “sell yourself” is certainly important but the ability to listen is even more important.
Once you are on your own without a manager or “leader” and decisions are yours alone to make (at least in the beginning), your creative thinking skills will also become more important than ever before.
