KEY CHALLENGES AND SUCCESS FACTORS
What drives your motivation?
My passion for creativity and my thoughts that I support and collaborate with other people for a common purpose: Strengthening Women’s and local entrepreneurship and promoting my country through Gastronomic Tourism. Also, the fact that I want to convey to my children that determination and faith in themselves and the realization of their dreams can make them happy adults.
Does your job make you compromise with something or make sacrifices?
The sacrifice relates to personal free time and time with our own people. Everyday you have to manage your time so well that you can use it for the benefit of your work and at the same time give it to your family.
What does it take to be successful?
As a human and as a mother, I believe that our family and our people have priority. Trying to ‘balance’ between motherhood and entrepreneurship is really a daily challenge.
What are the benefits, both personal and social?
Enhancing Women’s and Local Employments in the Greek Countryside, highlighting their dominant role in local society, reducing unemployment, increasing their personal income. The visibility of Greek Gastronomy and Greek Hospitality
Satisfaction of the personal need to create and achieve personal, family, and professional goals. Strengthening my sociability, constantly acquainted with new people, expanding my knowledge to new fields of interest, but above all my personal desire to convey my positive energy and to be inspired by those who have dreams and reluctant to realize them – especially to young people!
